SIN 712-1: General Project Management

Services include:

  • Development of detailed project plans
  • Management and coordination of project phasing
  • Identify significant issues affecting project success
  • Comprehensive definitions and management of:

— Design criteria

— Acquisition strategy

— Project goals

— Installation phasing and requirements

— Maintenance requirements, pre and post project

— Logistics for products and labor

Services will be offered by CCA directly through its own employees and through its nationwide network of qualified service providers

SIN 712-2: Assets Management

Supply customer agencies with services designing and installing systems to manage office furniture and related inventories, including warehouse and property disposal management.

Services will be offered by CCA directly through its own employees and through its nationwide network of qualified service providers.

SIN 712-6: Assets Maintenance

  • Cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and flooring
  • Restoration and repair of furniture and flooring
  • Asset maintenance plans for short, intermediate, and long range budgeting

Services will be offered by CCA directly through its own employees and through its nationwide network of qualified service providers.

SIN 712-97: Ancillary Repair and Alterations

All work performed under this SIN must be associated with an existing SIN(s) 712-1 and/or 712-6. Ancillary Repair and Alterations may not be the primary purpose of the work ordered, but rather an integral part of the total solution offered.

The ancillary repair and alterations service provides a complete and integrated turnkey solution for Government Agencies to make interior renovations to existing workspace to augment and promote a more favorable work style.

These services include, but are not limited to;

  • Drywall
  • Wall coverings
  • Floors & Floor coverings
  • Window treatments

Services will be offered by CCA directly through its own employees and through its nationwide network of qualified service providers.
