Peter LePage, Vice President, CCA’s Government Sales Division

Peter LePage serves as Vice President of the Government Group. He is a high energy veteran in all facets of the flooring and commercial interiors market. As VP, Peter is responsible for leading the efforts of the government team in developing and delivering high value solutions for federal, state and local government customers worldwide. Peter joined CCA more than 8 years ago, after a long career with a leading commercial firm.

Phillip Chambers, Senior Account Executive

With more than 20 years in the flooring industry, Phillip Chambers has experience in Sales, Project Management and Financial Services. He has been with CCA for 5 years as an Account Executive calling on a variety of customers. Phillip brings a customer- focused approach to his business and his clients’ needs.

Ed Edwards, Senior Project Manager

With an impressive 39-year career in the flooring industry, Ed Edwards has experience in many aspects of the business. He served as President of the Northern Virginia Floor Covering Association in 1986 & 1987. Ed owned and operated an Abbey carpet franchise with his wife for 24 years before joining CCA as an Estimator. For the past 6 years, he has been in Project Management for CCA’s Government Group, handling local government flooring needs and purchases, as well as installation. Ed has also been trained to inspect floor covering products to determine reasons for failure in carpet and hard surfaces.

Catherine Michel-Harris, Tidewater Branch Manager

Catherine Michel-Harris joined the CCA GSA team in May of 2011 as the Tidewater Branch Manager. With more than 10 years in the industry, she specializes in military lodging and entertainment facilities design, renovation and furnishings. Born and raised in Europe as a military brat, Catherine considers any military installation “home.”

Rhonda Harris, Senior Federal Projects Coordinator/ Collections Specialist

A Senior Federal Projects Coordinator/Collections Specialist at CCA for 8 years, Rhonda Harris has been in the flooring industry for 13 years. She holds a Federal Contracting Management Certificate from NVCC and manages multiple projects around the globe, ensuring customer service is a top priority.

Comfort Laureano, Federal Projects Coordinator

Comfort Laureano has been in the flooring industry for 12 years. Part of the CCA team since 2005, Comfort is a Federal Projects Coordinator managing mostly foreign government projects – from the award of a contract through its final completion.

Ebony Thomas, Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator with the Government Group for the past 4 years, Ebony has contributed to the growth and the overall success of the group. Using her degree in accounting, Ebony ensures each RFP sent out is scrutinized for accuracy.

Melanie Terrill, Project Coordinator

While new to the flooring industry, Melanie’s background in program management, accounting and operations give her an overall insight into a project from beginning to end.
